‘Nothing beats a week of eating local food, sleeping, reading, walking and cooking’
Plumstone Cottage is on the edge of the woods tucked close to mature ash, oak and plum trees. It is part of an ancient site which we rebuilt from ruins with a simple and rustic open plan layout. Sympathetically restored, the large living space has a massive hearth housing a wood stove for fireside evenings. At the other end of the large downstairs is the open plan kitchen.
“we’ve had the most magical time at your beautiful cottage. I love everything about Plumstone Cottage, I just wish we were here for longer! The kids loved the swings and we had campfires out the back every night”- Teri, Paul, Vincent and Rueben, summer 2011 & 2012
“I had to write to say how magical we all felt our stay to be. Your cottage is in an extraordinary ancient site and every one of us was affected by it” – Kate Shuckborough
“an adventure wonderland for young boys and girls and those with youthful imagination. A peaceful haven for parents. We had a truly wonderful time.” - Ken
